50-min in-person sessions are held at Studio 16 Brooklyn. You will receive a confirmation text or e-mail 24 hours before your session.

• COVID-19 / CANCELLATION POLICY: 12-24 hour notice is required to cancel session. If you cancel after 12 hours for an in-person session for emergency purposes, session must be rescheduled, on same day.

• Any 3 session package will expire in 1 month(s) from date of purchase.
