Invest in your long term health by committing to a 5 month training program which includes:

• A customer copy to keep, of every program done together with demo videos and description of movement

• Extra programs (dependent on progress/training frequency) for homework

50-min in-person sessions are held at Studio 16 Brooklyn. You will receive a confirmation text or e-mail 24 hours before your session.

COVID-19 / CANCELLATION POLICY: 12-24 hour notice is required to cancel session. If you cancel after 12 hours for an in-person session for emergency purposes, session must be rescheduled, on same day.

This package will expire 1 year upon initiation of session.
